Prices

Prices for the nightstay in our B&B are:

Twin or double room	25 euro
Single room	30 euro

* Prices are per person per night.
* Breakfast, bed linen, towels and room cleaning are included in price.
* A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
* 15 days notice is required for cancellations or changes to bookings

Here we want to give some simple rules for a best work of the B&B, given by Italian associations of B&B:

1. Our Guests are invited to tell us the expected arrival time to the B&B.

2. Check-out time is before 11:00 A.M. on the last day at our B&B.

3. At your arrival, it will be mandatory to fill a form wich we will send to the police office.

4. We will give to you the keys of the house, praying you to keep them carefully.
 
5. No curfew; we only ask you to respect the other guests when you will come back late in the night.

6. Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:30 A.M., in the living room or in the large balcony of the house; we will serve coffee, milk, tea, butter, jam, biscuits, brioche, toasts and orange juice.

7. The living room, the chicken and the bathroom are common spaces; you should be eager to close your room for the security of your goods.
 
8. It is forbidden to smoke into the house. We pray to smoke outside, in the large balcony at hand for our guests.

9. The owners of the B&B will not be responsible for any good kept unguarded in the room or in the common spaces.

10. The rate must be paid at the arrival and will not be refundable in event of an anticipated departure.

11. Daily cleaning of local spaces; bed and bathroom linen will be changed twice per week and at every change of guests.
 
12. For any question not in this regulation, the owners of the B&B will tell guests about their decisions.
